Policybest Ltd. Trading as Car Parts & Accessories ( C.P.A. ) is a privately owned company that was first established in November 1995.
Starting life distributing car parts to local motor trade & allied businesses from a small site in South Farm Road Worthing, with a total
of 4 staff & 2 delivery vehicles. Since then we have shown steady growth through the acquisition of 3 existing businesses & the opening of
6 green field sites giving us coverage throughout Sussex. We now employ 116 staff & have in excess of 60 delivery vehicles with an annual
turnover in excess of £10 million. The owners Keith Anderson, Nick & Steven Best used their considerable experience gained from many years
in motor factoring to provide a one-stop all round service, second to none. A strong commitment to providing the customer with what they want,
when they want it, from stock, at a price they are happy to pay. Our company motto “ Try us first, we’ve got it & we will get it to you on time “
is not just a statement of good intent. Our companies success is almost entirely down to the quality of the staff we employ, their product knowledge,
loyalty, enthusiasm & commitment to customer service is what sets up apart from our competitors.
We pride ourselves in having the very best “off the shelf “parts stock availability in Sussex. We supply parts for all makes of cars, vans & light
commercial vehicles. We are constantly updating our stock to reflect today’s vehicle parc. All our branches are linked via computers to enable them
to see each others stock & that of our suppliers. We have 4 vans solely dedicated to moving stock from branch to branch to ensure that our complete
stock is available same day to our entire customer base. In the unlikely event that we do not have an item in stock, we are backed up by a next day
delivery service from all our suppliers.
As members of the Independent Motor Trade Factors Association a powerful buying group made up from 38 large independent motor factors spread across
the U.K. we enjoy the benefits of dealing with premier quality suppliers at very competitive prices. The members exchange ideas & knowledge during
